Senior Business Development Manager
Our global client with their UK base in Hertfordshire, develops strategic employee recognition and reward solutions. They are a leader in the industry with clients in 150 countries delivering rewards to over 19 million users worldwide.
They are looking for a strong, impactful Business Development Manager with experience of bid processes and RFP’s as well as demonstrable success with complicated corporate firms with multiple stake holders.
This is a remote working opportunity ( however fortnightly meetings in Milton Keynes would be expected). European experience would be a significant advantage and they would be looking for candidates to work from the UK, travelling into Europe as required. Travel would increase as they gain momentum, but most of the time this will be day trips or single night stays.
The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and have experience of closing large sales (£750k plus) with large blue chip companies and the perfect candidate will have been selling large value SaaS solutions into C-Suite HR professionals.
For the right candidate this is a £60k, plus car allowance of 5K, plus commission role. The commission opportunity is significant.
