Our global client develops strategic SaaS based employee recognition and reward solutions.
They are breaking into untapped territories in Europe and need a strong, immediately impactful Senior Business Development Manager with 3 to 5 years experience of selling SaaS products to help them increase their presence and revenue in this area. They would offer a competitive salary plus car allowance and commission.
The ideal candidate will have been an individual contributor selling large value SaaS solutions into C-Suite Procurement, IT, Finance and HR professionals into European countries with flexibility to travel two or three times a month. This can be a remote working role, however there is an expectation to meet in their Head Office on the London / Essex border for operational meetings one or twice a month.

The role requires you to be a full 360 individual contributor, already having an understanding of bid processes and RFP’s as well as having success with complex multiple stakeholders sales process and be used to long but very fruitful sales cycles.
You will be highly autonomous, self-sufficient and have experience of closing large sales (£750k – £ms plus) with large blue-chip companies. You will be technically minded and can comfortably converse with clients on keywords such as licence fees, API’s and plug-ins. Smart discussions on the ROI will be paramount using all the benefits of a global capability.
Fluency in another European language would be an advantage but not essential.
This needs to be someone who has good levels of humility, with strength of character, someone who can manage their time well, knows what is important and who can get to work quickly, and start bringing in revenue within the first 8 months. You will be rewarded handsomely and very quickly!
